No. Access is read-only. We only read orders, products and customers and show them in analytics.
How often is Magento data refreshed?
Automatically — from every 15 minutes to once a day depending on your plan, and any time with the “Refresh data” button.
Do you import older orders?
Yes. We import the current year first so you can start right away, then the full history in the background — even tens of thousands of orders.
How much does it cost?

Where is the data stored?
In the EU, separately for each store. Only you and the users you add can access it.
